• Clients who hire Next Level Grafx, LLC for events or teams are not allowed to poach vendors or hire vendors for the same job being contracted for.

• Next Level Grafx, LLC reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange request that does not comply with our policy or any fraudulent activity.

• If a product or service purchased from Next Level Grafx, LLC is defective or damaged, we will make all reasonable efforts to replace or repair the item at our discretion.
