Thank you for choosing Next Level Grafx, LLC for your services and digital goods needs. By accepting our price quotes and invoices, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Late payments will result in additional fees and penalties, as outlined in the invoice.

Non-refundable fees: All service date holds, fees, taxes, and services rendered are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

Non-refundable digital goods: Payments for digital goods are non-refundable.

Refund requests: Any request for a refund must be made within 24 hours of the payment being made. Refunds are at the discretion of Next Level Grafx, LLC.

Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation, the client must cancel at least 60 days prior to the event to receive a partial refund. Events booked within the 60 day period will not be reimbursed, although the client may email nextlevelgrafx@gmail.com to request a partial refund, which will be up to Next Level Grafx, LLC's discretion.
