Cancellation Policy

Bookings canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. This policy is in place due to the loss of income incurred by Next Level Grafx, LLC ("Next Level Grafx") as the session slots are held and reserved exclusively for the client, resulting in a missed opportunity to offer the session to other potential clients. Next Level Grafx understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and clients are encouraged to provide advance notice of any changes or cancellations to avoid any inconvenience. However, cancellations made within 72 hours of the session will not be refunded or rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this cancellation policy.
